The European Union is a lot like kindergarten. Everyone gets to take turns being the teachers helper, clapping the erasers (do they even have chalkboards anymore?), taking the attendance sheet to the principal’s office.
In the EU, every member gets to be president for six months. France is president now and Denmark will takeover in January. Trouble is, Denmark is not a member of the euro zone. Makes for some awkward situations in the months ahead.
