Reza Baluchi has built a "man-propelled bubble" that he plans to sail from Florida to Bermuda, Haiti, Cuba and Puerto Rico
He tried something like this in 2014 but got into distress and had to call the Coast Guard for help
- "They burst my bubble, and now I put signs up that say 'please don't burst my bubble'"
Now he's trying again. Good on him for having a go. But I wouldn't fancy bailing out the whole Atlantic Ocean if the bubble bursts this time.
