White House comments:
- Paygo rule on offsets for govt spending expected to waived in spending bill congress must pass to keep govt open
- Will work with US house to pass 'cost-sharing discounts' that subsidize Obamacare
- IRS can begin working on changing tax code before Trump signs bill into law
Since the House bill is now passed, I suspect a lot of people will suddenly become deficit hawks again.
