WSJ: the meeting cancelled “amid doubts about the final form of Greece’s second bailout.”

It’s just a headline and doesn’t rule out a conference call but it’s weighing on EUR and risk appetite.

Update: the conference call is on, according to the WSJ. So this report basically confirms what Reuters had earlier.
