A year ago I wrote about the brazen theft of Canada’s maple syrup reserves. Now, the story is getting the Hollywood treatment with How I Met Your Mother’s Jason Segal set to be cast in a film about the caper.
Rest easy CAD traders, the final suspect was apprehended earlier this month. Canada produces about 3/4 of the world’s maple syrup supply.
