Canada new housing price index leveling off

- This was the 1st consecutive monthly decrease in the index since July 2019
- New home prices up 5.1% YoY which is the 7th consecutive monthly decline. The increases less than half of the year over year growth rate in October 2021.
- Calgary recorded the largest year-over-year gain of 14.1%
