Meanwhile, Russia is in agreement saying:
- It is too early to speak of anything positive after third round of negotiations with Ukraine
- Let's not be under any illusion that the next step of negotiations will bring a final result
- 4th round talks to take place soon in Belarus
France Pres. Macron also said that a Russian/Ukraine negotiated solution is not likely in days or even weeks.
However, they do say that talks will continue.
