US dollar on the defensive
The push towards 1.20% in US 10s isn't helping the dollar at the moment. Instead, flows into the London fix and better equity market sentiment are sapping the dollar's earlier gains.
Cable has been particularly strong in the past hour, adding about 40 pips in the broad dollar move.
Keep an eye out after the fix at the top of the hour for a reversal in the dollar move.
