German Dax up 1.9% on the day
The week is ending with impressive gains for the major indices. ECBs Coeure said
their is the possibility of another round of long-term loans to banks. On the other side he said, the slowdown is worse than thought. He also said the ECB that targeted longer-term refinancing operations (TLTRO) are being discussed. The market is hopeful that ECB help may be on the way.

- German Dax, up 1.9%
- France's CAC, +1.8%
- UK's FTSE, +0.6%
- Spain's Ibex, +1.2%
- Italy's FTSE MIB, +1.9%
- Portugal's PSI 20, +1.07%
In the 10 year note sector, yields are ending little changed. However, there was a sharp fall in the Italian yields from the highs.
For the week, the European shares moved up nicely. France's Cac was up 3.86%. German Dax rose 3.6% and Italy's FTSE MIB rose 4.45%. Even the UK FTSE with all the Brexit concerns rose 2.34%.
