In the European debt market today, benchmark 10 year yields are moving higher by about 3 to 6 basis points.
The France 10 year reached a high for the day at -0.062%. ON Monday, the high yield reached -0.18%. That was the closest to 0.0% since July 16th. France yields are above their 100 day MA at -0.179%, but below the 200 day MA at +0.109%. Staying above the 100 day MA below and getting back above 0.0% and then the 200 day MA is needed for a more positive yield trend.
