The USD is mixed

The AUD is the strongest and the GBP is the weakest as North American traders enter for the day. The USD is mixed. Yesterday the dollar moved sharply lower. Today there is a modest rebound against the GBP, CHF, CAD and EUR.

Ranges are modest with all the pairs a good ways below their 22 day averages. The AUDUSD is trading at the session highs but has had an up and down day in between. The AUD crosses are also near extremes with the GBPAUD trading down -109 pips on the day.

  • WTI crude oil futures trading down $.23 or -0.42% at $52.20

US debt yields are mixed with the shorter end moving lower. The 30 year bond yield is up marginally.
