The major European indices are ending the session with mixed results. The provisional closes are showing:

- Portugal PSI20 up 0.90%

In other markets as European/London trader look toward the exits:
- Spot gold is up $2.15 or 0.17% at $1287.41. That is off the earlier highs at $1295.15
- WTI crude oil is up $1.37 or 2.77% at $49.30. The high reached $49.79 on Saudi export cuts
IN the US stock market, the snapshot shows:
- S&P up 21. 36 points or 0.85% at 2553.41
- Nasdaq up 74 point or 1.11%
- Dow up 148 points or 0.63% at 23580.
All the indices are at session highs.
US yields are now mixed (after being lower earlier) with the 2 year yield up 2.0 bps. The 30 year is down -1.2 bps:
The CHF is the strongest but off higher levels. The JPY is now the weakest, just passing the USD (both are neck in neck).
