Overnight comments by UK Brexit secretary, Stephen Barclay, to The Sun
- Fears that a further extension may not be granted
- Message is clear, it's either a no-deal Brexit or no Brexit at all
- It would be inexcusable for the government to not use the coming months to continue to prepare for a no-deal outcome
This should've already been clear with the initial March deadline for Brexit, no? Astonishing, really these politicians can be. As it stands, it doesn't look like they're doing a whole lot to change the situation as cross-party talks continue to be the name of the game.
