We're Hiring. We're looking for a currency analyst for the ForexLive team.

We're looking for someone with experience in foreign exchange who can work roughly in the 0400 GMT to 1200 GMT window. That means you're probably in the Asia-Pacific or EMEA regions.

You must be able to write extremely well. We want people who can write clearly, quickly and in a conversational style.

If you're not technologically super-savvy, don't apply. Like markets, technology is changing all the time and we need people who embrace change and can troubleshoot anything. The way we present our analysis in five years will be different from today and we're looking for people who can help us push into new technologies and mediums.

You also need to be an excellent, well-rounded and extremely quick-witted analyst. If you just do technicals, don't apply. If you only do fundamentals or models, don't apply. If you have system or method you rely on and want to tell the whole world about, definitely don't apply. We want people who are flexible in their analysis, curious about everything and not afraid to put themselves out there. We want someone who can do it all.

The pay is competitive but what's invaluable is that you will be on the cutting edge of breaking news and bring it to ForexLive traders, and you'll get comments and ideas from the best bunch of FX traders on the planet.

(Update: Thanks for all emails, we're no longer currently accepting applications).
