Italy's state sector budget deficit fell to 7.2 billion in Feb 2015 compared to 12.7 billion in Feb 2014.
Oftentime, monthly budget is skewed because of the way the days of the week fall from year to year (there may be more Fridays in a month, for instance, and workers tend to get paid on Fridays). So the numbers might not be a true reflection of Italy's finances.
