These folks just ain’t very bright, are they? They have also obviously never negotiated anyhting other than their miserable salaries…
Serious negotiations often go until the 11-th hour and sometimes beyond. All indications coming out of Washington are that there are very substantive talks going on, including mega-issues like entitlement reform.
Moody’s would like it all now in a neat, tidy package so they can go to ther shred summer rental on the Jersey shore…
