China has been letting the CNY appreciate to record levels but the move has not been fast enough to satisfy the US Treasury which says the Yuan is still undervalued.
China can do a great deal to help alleviate global imbalances and cool its own inflation problem by allowing the Yuan to appreciate more quickly.
