A survey of 64 economists showed 37 expect the Fed to announce an extension of Operation Twist on Wednesday compared to 19 said the Fed probably won’t undertake that strategy now or in the future.
Just 7 responders expect the Fed to launch QE3 tomorrow.
Other responses suggested a slightly diminished chance of action due to the positive Greek election result and very little chance the Fed will change its ZIRP policy ‘through at least 2014′
