Earlier this week he cancelled his trip to Jackson Hole and now he has scrapped an appointment at European Parliament on Sept. 3.
A spokesman said it was scrapped because the ECB has a quiet period the week before a governing council meeting (which is Sept 6).
Instead he will address lawmakers behind closed doors… and they will leak every word he says.
