There seems to be a bit more chat going around the desks of higher confidence in the Greek parliament approving the latest austerity reforms.

Given that its just approaching 6am in Athens I wonder where such increased chatter is originating? Either it was a very late night for meetings there, or some early risers are passing the news around.
