Banks are allowed to begin returning LTRO cash, paying in weekly installments, from January 30. They must give a week’s notice of how much they intend to repay. On the 25th (today) the ECB will be announcing the amount that will be repaid on next week. The announcement of the amount is scheduled at 1100 London time.
