Spanish Prime Minister Rajoy speaks in Madrid:
- The EU should consider giving the ECB powers of the Fed and BOE
- EU must take measures to improve financing for members, to stimulate growth
- Spain’s economy to grow in 2014 without doubt
So far it’s not clear exactly what powers he’s lobbying for but the answer from Germany will be the same – NEIN!
