The FOMC minutes were mistakenly sent to Congress and trade groups early and now will be published in a couple minutes, at the top of the hour.
Some recipients got the minutes yesterday at 2 pm ET.
Optimistic comments and comments about tapering will be less-likely to move the market because of the weak data since then.
