The next big event on the calendar is at 1830 GMT (1:30 pm ET) when New York Fed President Bill Dudley speaks at a global economic policy forum.
Dudley hasn’t made any public remarks since the FOMC and he is expected to take questions at the event.
His latest comments avoid taking a strong stance on policy but he’s a core member of the FOMC and could indicate how eager the Fed is to taper. About 20 minutes after he speaks Fed Governor Stein will comment at an event in Chicago.
