Soraya Saenz de Santamaria has announced that the next directions of fiscal reforms will be announced by PM Mariano Rajoy later this month but has no date for an announcement on lowering income tax. She’s says she is alos happy with the labour reforms as it enables the creation of jobs when the economy falls under 2-3% growth.
