According to a statement just released
- Says he leaves with a clear conscience and that the bank system is stabilised
- Gave resignation to fin min Georgiades today
- Resignation to be effective from April 10th and he will be helping to brief his successor
We’ll have to wait to hear what the “friction” was that made him leave but I doubt it’s going to have much market impact.
