Doesn’t sound like good news on the face of it. Either they are have problems with supplies or prices from Russia. Hopefully it’s nothing more ominous.
Update: Further details from Reuters says that it’s because Russia has increased prices to Kiev twice this week and almost doubled its fees in 3 days.
