Here you have a perfect example of why Europe will never be fixed. They didn’t plan for a rainy day before the financial crisis and look how much poo hit the fan. They didn’t plan prior energy independence, and now that the Ukraine situation has blown up they want to run around trying to find a solution. The day Europe goes proactive is the day it will actually become something worth believing in.
