Ukraine calls on all fighters to lay down their arms but says Ukranian troops will defend themselves from attack.
There isn’t too much geopolitical risk priced into markets at the moment so the effect on markets isn’t likely to be much from this headline. Remember too that at the start of this whole fiasco Russia and Ukraine pledged a truce and hours later troops were storming parts of Crimea.
