  • The first rise since May and the largest rise since February
  • Better result than expeted
  • Prices for cheese and butter did continue their declines, but the milk powders was where the strength was
  • Whole milk powder added 0.6 per cent to US$2,692 a tonne
  • Volumes sold in this event were the second highest of the year
