Comments from Ukraine energy minister Prodan are helping risk assets and Russian markets:
- Russia, Ukraine and EU will exchange proposals on gas issues
- Ukraine will observe any arbitrator decision
- Unsure if Russian will deliver gas on pre-payment
Talks have gone badly and I don’t hear anything particularly positive here but the market likes it.
