The Senate Keystone XL pipeline vote will take place at 6:15 pm ET (2315 GMT).

It will be very close to see if the Senate can reach the 60 votes needed to send it to Obama. It will likely be within a vote or two. If it passes, Obama is likely to veto it but there is no confirmation.

A White House spokesman says Obama does not support the legislation, but that’s not an indication he will veto it.
