Draghi says ECB will buy bonds even if they have a negative yield

Bond buys will extend in maturities from 2 years to 30 years.

The front end is trading in negative territory in the core. That might create a legal problem for the ECB because it guarantees they will be paying governments.

There’s also an update on Greece where he said they could buy Greek bonds after SMP redemptions.
