ECB easing doesn’t remove need for reform says Hollande

• Welcomes ECB QE
• Says ECB took decisions independently

The big issue is that if countries had actually reformed over the last 5 years then the ECB probably wouldn’t have needed to launch QE at all. No one ever takes responsibility do they?
