ECB's Constancio: Monetary policy may continue to be 'very accommodating'

Some comments from ECB's vice president Vitor Constancio - 16 January 2018

• Does not rule out that monetary policy will continue to be 'very accommodating' for a long time
• Has not heard convincing arguments in favour of transforming ESM into so-called European monetary fund
• Would keep ESM as it is; no reasons to modify institutional situation
