Suspect in custody according to Reuters
US stock futures mixed. The S&P futures are unchanged. The Nasdaq is up about 9 points and the Dow futures are up about 30 points.
It seems to be an isolatated incident, with limited impact but once again reminds the world of the vulnerability of the major cities to "incidents" where there are the potential for a big impact. This one seems to not have been a large incident.
Now it is being reported that the suspect was wearing an explosive vest.
