Strong technical in the form of a trendline and MA is now forming at 1.0380. Similar again to EUR/GBP, plenty of selling ahead of this level and stops building above. I mentioned earlier in the week that a macro hedge fund sold large amounts just ahead of this level and leveraged speculators were again busy overnight.
