It appears PM Turnbull's negotiations with gas producers/exporters has resulted in agreement to supply the local market without the need for the government to impose export restrictions.

Gas producers/exporters have been meeting contractual export obligations and supplying even more, which has placed pressures on the local market, with rising prices. It seems the fix is now in.
