Gross says the Fed doesn't understand the inflation landscape

One-time bond king Bill Gross doesn't think the Fed understands that we're in a secular period of deflation. He makes some good points.

A big, long-term question on the future of policy and the global economy is whether: 1) We're recovering from a brief disinflationary period and going back to the Old Normal. 2) We're in a disinflationary long-term era and this is a brief cyclical bounce in inflation.
