A recent Bloomberg survey on economists sees the SNB staying pat for the majority of 2019

Despite the SNB's slightly upbeat inflation view in its December meeting, the survey respondents only see the SNB moving to raise rates after the ECB begins their tightening cycle. Rates are expected to stay at -0.75% until Q4 2019, with two hikes seen between then and Q1 2020.

Whatever the expectations are, the only way the SNB will move to raise rates is only after the ECB does so. Whether or not that is in 2019, we'll have to see.
