BOJ says it plans to keep current pace of bond buying in February

BOJ will maintain current planned amount of JGB purchases in all maturities next month

This follows after this morning's announcement here, where the BOJ lifted purchases for the first time since July last year.

I talked about this here yesterday, where the JGB 10-year yields are headed towards 0.1% and that's the last time (July last year) the BOJ stepped in. And they did so again today as well.

JGB 10-year yields have since fallen from the operations earlier today, now down to 0.085%.
