Brexit Secretary David Davis is to publish 12 papers to lay out proposals for discussing Brexit talks.
As part of them he'll be saying to the EU to forget their £36 bn "divorce bill" until a deal is struck. he wants to move the discussion on from payment:
- "We need to get on with negotiating the bigger issues around our future partnership to ensure we get a deal that delivers a strong UK and EU"
