Jitters about comments from Rand Paul?
I'm not sure what's behind the move but comments from Rand Paul where he says he can't vote to raise the deficit could be part of the equation -- although that's something he's said before.
He already voted for the Senate tax plan. He's talking about the debt ceiling.
This really, really sounds like a whole lot of nothing, unless there is some other headline out there.
