EUR/USD rises to the best levels of the day
The US dollar is like a leaf in the wind today as it bounces higher and lower on the ebb and flow does its thing.
The market is waiting for details of the US tax plan and a sense of whether it will happen or not. There is also the regular indecision ahead of the Federal Reserve decision tomorrow.
