EU Commission head Juncker speaking out on current Brexit talks 3 Oct

Not often I agree with Juncker but he has this observation right on May's highly hyped Florence speech.
- have not yet made sufficient progress in Brexit talks
- can not say will be ready to enter second stage of talks
- can not yet talk about future relations with UK after Brexit
