The Q4 senior loan officer survey from the Fed is out and it shows banks loosened standards for business loans. That plays into worries at the Fed that even though they have tightened, lending is looser on net and financial conditions are easier.

"A moderate net percentage of banks reported they eased standards for (business) loans to large and middle-market firms over the past three months while lending standards remained basically unchanged...for loans to small firms," the Fed said in its survey.
