Expects the Debt ceiling to remain
Senate Majority Leader McConnell has stated that he does not expect congress to give up the debt ceiling. He says to get rid of the ceiling would be challenging and he expects it to remain.
He added, congress will next address debt ceiling "some time next year". The current debt agreement is to expire in December. I guess he refers to the idea of getting rid of the debt ceiling - in its entirety - in his comment.
