FBI conducted pre-dawn raid - WaPo
Breaking story in the Washington Post.
The raid took place on July 26, according to the Washington Post. It was the day after me met with the Senate Intelligence Committee.
"The search warrant was wide-ranging and FBI agents working with special counsel Robert S. Mueller III departed the home with various records," the Washington Post reports. "The significance of the records seized from Manafort's apartment is unclear."
Manafort is well-known for his willingness to do anything to win an election and the Podesta leaks took place shortly after he joined the Trump campaign. He was also at the infamous meeting with the Russian lawyer.
