Rubio and Collins could be sticklers
Marco Rubio is upset that the tax reform package will cut taxes for people earning more than $1 million while ignoring a bid he made for expanding the working-family tax benefit.
Collins is also unhappy that rates for people making more than $1 million are going to be cut and wants some healthcare provisions.
Neither has yet indicated how they will vote. Bloomberg takes a closer look.
