The stakes will be high in the next UK election

The UK election is years away but if Jeremy Corbyn continues to lead the Labour party he won't be campaigning on small changes.

He presented a vision -- evoking WWII -- of nationalizing the UK power grid.

"The challenge of climate change requires us to radically shift the way we organize our economy," Corbyn said in London. "With the national grid in public hands, we can put tackling climate change at the heart of our energy system. To go green, we must take control of our energy."

He also emphasized re-nationalizing the nation's railways, postal system and water utility.
